Cigna has expanded our integration capabilities – making it even easier for customers to get the maximum benefits they deserve. With Cigna Simple File – Auto compare, we automatically remind eligible customers with qualifying Cigna Life, AD&D and Long-term Disability (LTD) and now Medical claims (beginning April 2018 for 1/1/18 claims) to file their eligible Cigna Accidental Injury, Critical Illness or Hospital Care claims. While with Cigna Simple File – Auto claim, we automatically submit customers’ eligible Cigna Accidental Injury, Critical Illness and now Hospital Care (as of 9/1/17) claims for eligible customers who file their Cigna Short-term Disability (STD) claim. These enhanced claim capabilities are included in all in force Cigna Accidental Injury, Critical Illness and Hospital Care cases – with no additional cost for this service.
