Cigna is rolling out enhancements to the myCigna® experience in 2019 – beginning with updates to site navigation and home page content.
The updated site includes a redesigned homepage that consists of:

In the coming months, myCigna will put the focus on a holistic view of health care, encompassing medical, behavioral, dental and pharmacy content (depending on the customer's plan coverages). In addition to the recent integration of Cigna Behavioral Health within myCigna, we're continuing to enhance our provider directory – which provides information about costs, quality and locations to help customers find the right care for their needs.

These enhancements to the myCigna® website and app are directly in response to customer feedback about how they want to use these services to make the most of their health plans. Now it will be easier than ever to access the tools and information our customers need to help achieve their wellness goals and manage their health-related finances.
More improvements are expected throughout the year, including enhancements related to claims, spending accounts, and other functionality.
